About the event
Join Jennifer Hansen owner of Metta Yoga for a Girl's Night Out of yoga and wine at Laurita Winery.
Jen’s classes are vinyasa style flows and open to all levels! Beginners welcome! She will lead you through a gentle warm up, sun salutations, standing sequence, backbends, twists, and guided meditation for savasana.
If weather permits, yoga will be held outdoors on the lawn of the winery, if it rains yoga will be held indoors.
TICKETS: $25 *includes one glass of wine and one hour all levels vinyasa yoga class.
Yoga mat rentals are available for $5
