Join Metta Yoga for VinoVinyasa a yoga and wine experience at Laurita Winery at Girls Weekend.
This class is a vinyasa-style flow and open to all levels! Beginners welcome! In class, we will lead you through a gentle warm-up, sun salutations, standing sequence, backbends, twists, and guided meditation for savasana. After class hang with your favorite girlfriends at girls' weekend at the winery!
If weather permits, yoga will be held outdoors on the lawn of the winery, if it rains yoga will be held indoors.
TICKETS: $35 *includes one glass of wine and one hourof all-levels vinyasa yoga class.
Yoga mat rentals are available for $5
We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and check-in.
