Summer Solstice Run + Flow
Celebrate the longest day of the year with movement, community, and connection at the beach.
Join Metta Yoga and our local wellness partners for a special Summer Solstice Run + Flow at Belmar Beach. We'll begin with a community run along the shoreline, followed by an all-levels beach yoga class as we welcome summer together.
After yoga, stay to connect with fellow attendees while enjoying complimentary local bites, refreshments, giveaways, and community offerings from some of our favorite local businesses. Whether you're a runner, yogi, or simply looking for a fun way to spend a summer evening, this event is open to all experience levels.
