Self Care Sunday at Bear + Birch Spa

We're back at the beautiful Bear and Birch Russian Banya for a Sunday of Self Care!

This unique yoga, meditation, and spa experience are​ about slowing down, relaxing alone or with friends, feeling better, healing and practicing​ self-care. Treat yourself to a day at the spa and join us for a one-hour gentle slow flow yoga class led by Metta Yoga owner Jennifer Hansen followed by an afternoon of saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, relaxing and nourishing the mind, body, and soul. (The banya is BYOB, so feel free to bring something to sip on after yoga class!). Purchase authentic Russian food from the cafe, or order a healthy juice from the juice bar! This is a day you do not want to miss!

The experience after yoga:

SOAK – A warm soak is relaxing and nourishing.

COLD PLUNGE – A cold plunge is energizing and healing

SAUNA – Sweating in steam or sauna is cleansing and soothing

LOUNGE – Quality time alone or with friends for a rich and rewarding experience

RELAX –book a massage, relax, and truly dive into nourishing your soul.

What to bring:

Yoga attire.

Water bottle.

yoga mat- ( we have them available for rental $5)

bathing suit.

Clothes to change into after your day at the spa. (You have full use of the showers and locker room facilities to freshen up before you leave for the day).

Flip flops.

Please arrive by 10:30 AM to allow time to sign in and get your locker for the locker room.

Class is from 10:45-11:45, after class stay at the spa for the entire day to nourish your mind body and soul!
