We're back at the beautiful Bear and Birch Russian Banya for a Sunday of Self Care!
This unique yoga, meditation, and spa experience are about slowing down, relaxing alone or with friends, feeling better, healing and practicing self-care. Treat yourself to a day at the spa and join us for a one-hour gentle slow flow yoga class led by Metta Yoga owner Jennifer Hansen followed by an afternoon of saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, relaxing and nourishing the mind, body, and soul. (The banya is BYOB, so feel free to bring something to sip on after yoga class!). Purchase authentic Russian food from the cafe, or order a healthy juice from the juice bar! This is a day you do not want to miss!
