Join Jenna & Aline for a Restorative Reiki Yoga & Sound Bath Experience Immerse yourself in deep relaxation with a Restorative Yoga Reiki & Sound Bath led by Jenna and Aline. Jenna will gently guide you through a calming restorative yoga sequence designed to quiet your mind, release tension, and create space in your body. While Aline will offer individual Reiki, helping to clear energy blockages and restore balance. To close, we’ll settle into a soothing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to integrate the Reiki energy and the movement from your practice—leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply connected. Come rest, restore, and realign with us.
