Reiki Training Level 1

Literally translated from Japanese, Reiki means “spiritual energy” but often it’s also called “universal life-force” or “healing energy”. It can be described as the energy of everything. Reiki practice is a holistic, safe, gentle, non-invasive hands-on healing technique for use on yourself or others.

A Reiki attunement awakens healing vibrations within us and empowers us to be instrument of the healing process. It enables each of us to channel or conduct the universal life force. This high vibrational energy fosters balancing, harmonizing and self-healing on all aspects of our being -physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and deep inner transformation as well as healing of others. It could push away pain, anxiety, and negative emotions and moves us to choices for health, wholeness, and total well-being.

Reiki system has been used successfully all over the world by spiritual, yoga, and medical professionals, as well as wellness centers, hospitals, hospice centers, spas, and bodyworkers.

This Reiki Training Level 1 covers:

• History of Reiki & How it works
• Learning preparation process for working with Reiki- Cleansing one’s energy; Grounding & Shielding
• Learning Reiki Treatment techniques and hand positions
• Giving Reiki to yourself and others
• Practice Reiki Treatment with a partner
• Establishing 21day Routine for the cleansing process
• First Degree Reiki Practitioner Certification
• Getting ready for Reiki Training Level 2 (optional)

Reiki Training Level 2

Reiki Training Level 2 is for practitioners that already obtained a Certificate for Level 1 Reiki Practitioner. This second level introduces additional tools to strengthen a practitioner’s connection with Reiki energy as well as enhancing their knowledge and experience. Along with the deepening of the practitioner’s own practice and psychic abilities, it teaches how to use Reiki energy to connect to others not within physical reach for healing and healing others for professional use.

• Healing Symbols are taught
• Receiving Second Degree Attunement
• Reiki Meditations
• Guidelines for Reiki Practitioners & 21day cleansing process
• Hands positions & Giving Reiki to others
• Practice Reiki Treatment with a partner
• Distance Healing is taught
• Practice Distance Reiki Treatment
• Business tips for Reiki practitioners
• Second Degree Reiki Practitioner Certification
