New Moon Circle on the Beach

Join Metta Instructor Amanda Potts for a night of new moon rituals. We will set our intentions while opening the heart chakra with the sacred plant, cocao. Using slow flow movements to let go of any stagnant energy in the body and restorative postures to integrate our new intentions. At the end of our class we will each pull one tarot card to represent this moon cycle. The class will finish with the power of sound and it’s healing vibrations. Bring your yoga mat, journal, a pen, and one special object to assist in your intention setting, this could be a crystal, a photo, essential oils, the options are endless. Exact location on beach will be emailed prior to event. Bring beach blanket to sit and do yoga on. In the event of rain the event will be postponed. Event held on Belmar Beach.
