We will be hosting an individualized nutrition plan for YOU!! 

Learn about where your body is on the evolt 360 machine dive deep into knowing what is the best change needed to get to where you want to be and step by step how to get there. Have your macronutrients made and set for your body with a nutrition guide designed solely to your body. Sit with a dietitian for your appointment and learn all that you need. Have questions ready to be answered and worked on together.

The cost of the workshop including the individualized plan is $50. Payment can me made via venmo @stephanie_hardvig to secure your spot.
