About the event
For ages 8-12 we will blend traditional elements of a floor based yoga practice with the exciting, challenging, and fun form of aerial yoga. Yoga is a valuable tool to build physical strength, enhance proprioceptive awareness, develop inner-self (or interoceptive) awareness and foster greater resiliency through the practice of breath work and mindfulness, ending with a deeply restful float in the silk cocoon.
No prior experience with yoga or aerial yoga is required!
Space is limited to 12. Ticket price is for all 4 weeks.Â
(No makeup sessions will be offered if I child misses any sessions, no refunds only 12 silks available)

5:15-6:15 please arrive 10 minutes early. Bring yoga mat or rent one from us for $5.

this ticket is for 4 weeks of kids aerial yoga classes. Please note parents must come in to drop off and pick up child and a waiver needs to be signed on the first day of class by a parent/guardian.
