This 12-hr training is thoughtfully designed as a specialized, grounded foundation for teaching Yin Yoga.

Rather than emphasizing volume of hours or complexity, the training is carefully curated to support learning that settles and integrates. Through guided practice, discussion, and teaching exploration, participants develop a clear understanding of not just what to teach, but how and why Yin Yoga works. The focus is on understanding the principles of Yin Yoga, exploring appropriate variations, and developing discernment around how time and stillness influence sensation, connective tissue response, and nervous system regulation. Teachers will refine their language and sequencing, learning how to cue sensation clearly while allowing students to have their own experience, without over-directing or over-interpreting.
