Have you ever wanted to be surrounded by sound, held and cradled as if you are floating in a cloud? Join Lea for her monthly Floating Sound Bath! Following some gentle movement, guided meditation, and grounding you will be assisted up and into the aerial hammocks.

Join Lea for her monthly Floating Sound Bath!
Following some gentle movement, guided meditation, and grounding you will be assisted up and into the aerial hammocks. Suspended from the ceiling you will gently rock while traveling into a Yoga Nidra visual journey and receiving the vibrations of crystal and tibetan singing bowls and koshi chime.
Surprisingly comfortable and comforting; these aerial silks hold up to 650lbs!
All are welcome, no experience required.
Space is limited to 12 participants. Join Lea and float into serenity.
