A Reset Before the Holidays with Jennifer
Give yourself an evening to slow down before the holiday season begins. Join Jennifer for 90 minutes of gentle restorative yoga, guided rest, and the soothing sounds of singing bowls in a softly candlelit space.
Complimentary tea will be served at the beginning of class to help you settle in and unwind.
We’ll settle into supported poses using bolsters and blankets, allowing time to unwind without rushing. The evening includes 20 minutes of yoga nidra—a guided meditation practiced lying down—and closes with a singing bowl savasana.
No yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, wear comfortable layers, and give yourself permission to rest.
