Relax, release and let go with a very special Full Moon Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation Event at the Asbury Park Dog Beach

The Full Moon serves as an opportunity to reflect, release, and illuminate ourselves. It is a powerful time to create positive change in our lives. Just as we look up and see the brightness of the moon in the night sky, this time of the month is when we are asked to shine light on ourselves and determine where we are at, what we are ready to let go of, and what intentions we would like to set for the future.

Bring a mat/towel, cozy blanket  for savasana, and your favorite crystals to charge, then prepare to move gently and lie back, relax, as experience a new level of serenity.

Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.

Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote deep rest and relaxation.

(free parking) Once you park walk right onto the beach and turn left turn Loch Arbor. We are located right along the sand dunes to the left of the jetty along the fence.
