Aerial Yoga + Live Music

Join Aerial Yoga instructor Paula Selander as well as R&B/soul singer and jazz musician Eli Ryp for an Aerial Yoga Flow with live music.  Paula will lead you through the one-hour Aerial Flow, and Eli’s voice is a perfect addition to the Flow’s ambiance.  Eli has performed internationally and has graced the stages of The Apollo Theatre in Harlem as well The Crypt in Cape Town, South Africa among others. She is currently working on a debut single and you can follow her music journey on IG @eli.ryp.music. 

Option to join us after for a social gathering at Crave Eatery (next door) for lite bites and byob (not included in ticket).
