Aerial Yin, Yoga Nidra + SoundBath

Enjoy this unique combination of Grounding Meditation, drawing Oracle Cards,

then short Yin Yoga practice, followed by Yoga Nidra with option of receiving

Reiki.

Using an Aerial hammock as a prop to perform few Yin Yoga shapes may bring you

to a place of profound connection with your whole self. In that way you may find

full mental surrendering and sinking into these shapes, so you can exercise the

deeper tissues in your body.

Then prepare yourself for a floating Yoga Nidra journey that will transport you

through different states of consciences in a way that allows your body to

replenish, rest and support your personal transformation.

Receiving Reiki energy and Sound Bath in the end of the practice will give you the

opportunity for enhancing your unique experience and for balancing your

personal energy and your whole system.

No previous Experience is needed. Just come to this practice with open and

positive mind for receiving whatever is coming for your highest and best!

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat and favorite crystal/s (Optional).
